A study on female leadership and the impact of the glass ceiling of gender bias

Dr Alya Al-Yusuf is an academician and researcher at Ahlia University and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Vatel Hotel and Tourism Business School. She is the President of the Human Development Program at the Bahrain Women’s Association for Human Development, which is honoured with consultative status by the United Nations. Additionally, she is a trainer in the Ethical Leadership Program and holds a PhD in Knowledge Management.
