A Study on the Implementation of E-HRM Systems

Dr. Anand Soni is a researcher cum educator currently associated as a Program Manager in the School of Business at Bahrain Polytechnic. He has almost two decades of teaching experience in the field of education. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Master's degree in Business Management, and a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Business Statistics. His research contributions include the publication of books, articles, chapters, and patents. Prior to his current academic role, he served as a Branch Manager in the diamond tools industry. He believes in continuous progress and providing the best service to society, reflecting his career mission to enhance students' employability skills and foster a positive attitude in the education sector.
