Alasala University students achieve a scientific achievement.

The scientific team, consisting of Lara Al-Ghamdi and San Al-Hammam, has achieved a new achievement on the impact of the country's culture on international companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research has been accepted for publication in the international journal documenting , "The Advanced Journal of Scientific Publishing in Engineering and Business Administration, working  in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."

The Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management (JAEMR)

The research was titled "strategic Human Resources Sources between Scientific and Local Companies." The scientific research relied on literary and intellectual texts from previous studies in the global and local markets, as well as some scientific theories.

The research focused on the problem of research in literary texts, as some literary texts indicate that perhaps the culture of international commercial companies does not encourage success in some Gulf countries, particularly the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Outside the research, it was demonstrated that the Saudi market is investing globally. There has also been a lot of scientific research comparing local stone installation companies within a research framework between the global company hosted, Nestlé, headquartered in Switzerland, and the local company, Almarai, headquartered in Saudi Arabia.

Scientific research experts from local companies are there to compete with international companies in the best products, operating within their own borders and audiences.

pointed out that the research team has shed light on this scientific achievement within the organizational structure of the College of Business Administration's Human Resources Department.

The Scientific Journal of Engineering and Business Administration wishes the scientific team success.
