    Beyond Brick and Mortar: Combating Workplace Violence in the Digital Age

    We have always evolved for the better, and what was yesterday the highest peak that human reach is today a former past. This is how life evolves, but with every good development comes a burden; turning benefits into disadvantages. 


    In today's article, we draw your attention to one of the load that come with development which is workplace violence. 
    Workplace violence has traditionally focused on physical threats and assaults within a company's walls. However, with the rise of remote work and online interactions, companies forced to face violence inside and outside company parameters . 

    Cyberbullying and online harassment are emerging as significant new forms of  workplace violence, creating a hostile work environment even when employees are physically distant. Furthermore, the anonymity offered by online interactions can embolden some to engage in threatening behavior they wouldn't dare to display in person. This can create a chilling effect, hindering open communication and collaboration. 

    Combating this new wave of workplace violence requires a multifaceted approach. As companies need clear policies that address online harassment and cyberbullying. Additionally, fostering a culture of open communication and psychological safety creates avenues for employees to report incidents without fear of retaliation.
