College of Business students ignite a green light for a scientific achievement to strengthen the Saudi market.
As part of the College of Business's plan to promote research projects, the research team, consisting of Ayman Al-Osaimi, Ali Al-Khalidi, Salim Al-Otaibi, Mishaal Al-Otaibi, and Majed Al-Dosari, presented an important research paper titled "An Empirical Study on Human Resources Principles among Global and Local Companies in the Saudi Market."
The research project discussed four theories that support strategies for recruitment, training, and incentives, along with planning in the human resources department. The research project relied on qualitative research and analysis of previous studies, based on data from global institutions such as Schlumberger's US headquarters and the local company Saudi Aramco. The researchers discussed the pros and cons for global and local companies operating in the Saudi market, attempting to bridge gaps.
The researchers' participation in the project was characterized by research recommendations that encourage the trend and move in line with the technological storm, from machine learning and artificial intelligence, from support to human resources strategies. The research has been accepted for publication in the Saudi-based Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management (JAEMR). The journal's management and research center wish the researchers continued success.
